Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Mitra platform operated by Mitra AI ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
- Free Trial: We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except required by law.
4. AI Limitations
Disclaimer: Mitra uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring the AI's interactions with your customers.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mitra, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
