How to Connect
Choose Your Platform
Log in to your Mitra Dashboard and go to Settings. Select your e-commerce platform β Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or Custom.
Enter Credentials & Sync
Shopify: Provide your Client ID & Secret. WooCommerce: Enter Consumer Key & Secret. Others: Add your product feed URL or use our API. Click "Save" and your catalog syncs instantly.
Install Widget
Copy the snippet from the Integration tab and paste it into your website before the closing </body> tag. Works with Shopify themes, WordPress, or any custom site.
Troubleshooting
Sync Failed?
Shopify: If your store is password protected, ensure you provide valid Client ID & Secret in Settings.
WooCommerce: Make sure your permalinks are NOT set to "Plain" and your REST API keys have "Read" permissions.
Others: Verify your product feed URL is publicly accessible.
