You are right brother, There are many frontend jobs available in my country rather than backend. I think this is because outsourcing work principle of the company. In another case, you can check Indeed
You can find out many python developers there. I think I, Not a Django intern but it is rare to find any intern at all. Go to Linkedin and check for Job options, You can see too many REACT and other frontend jobs are available rather than Django/Node-js Jobs.
Django is made for the easiest way to do the backend with python and you can integrate so frontend with them but Mostly the companies are outsourcing and they prefer to use the frontend than the backend.
The saddest fact is most Nepalese companies hire a junior developer with senior-level experience with a salary of an intern. For example, About 2 years ago, I saw a job vacancy for a flutter developer with 5 years of experience. They think that if someone was much more experience then he/she would be perfect.
There are too many job portals than IT companies themselves in Nepal. They made contracts with companies so that even Software engineers earn less amount due to this kind of third-party behavior. You can send your Resume to these job portal sites and they make it easier to find out intern if you need it.
Have you tried applying in companies. There is also a page named InternSathi helping developers to land internship. Please check up on that.
Not even anything is hard it’s all easy just search it you will find out.
