why do i encounter massive frame drop even though i have good laptop and internet ?

i have worldlink 200Mbps photon lite internet giving around 100Mbps upload speed.  and my laptop is legion 5 ryzen 7 4800h 8 core processor with gtx1660 ti 6gb graphics ,win 11 build 22h2 but i am not able to stream through my laptop . What may be the cause ? internet speed is good interms of uploading youtube and other sorts of video . but getting problems during livestream . I am using streamlabs. do anybody have an idea how to fix it?.

      Check whether you’ve set a limit on your internet in Streamlabs or not.

      Solutions for Internet speed issues:

      • Restart your device and the network equipment – modem, router – if possible.
      • Use wired connections instead of Wi-Fi, as much as possible.
      • Move closer to the Wi-Fi hotspot.
      • Update router/modem firmware and your computer’s network adapter drivers.
      • Using public Wi-Fi? It’s possible you’re stuck on a bad hotspot. Connect to another network.
      • Combine multiple connections at once using a channel bonding solution.
      • Upgrade to a superior plan or change your ISP.
