2 cases-:
- You have smartphone with telephone connection.
- You only have internet no telephone call possible(in laptop).
How’d you call nepal police?
I know the number is 100, but I’m not sure if it’s responsive. Also I’m not confident that in a corrupt country like nepal, police will care about me enough that he’d come to my location before something happens to the victim.
People keep saying “why care about politics even if you stay in Nepal, just work hard and earn money”, but can money buy competence in others? Can money buy ethics in others? I don’t trust the police.
Anyway, how’d you contact? What contact info of nepal police are highly responsive?
Can you share?
I don’t think any other option rather than visiting them personally is going to be responsive. But you may try to contact them directly via phone, might work fine maybe.
ghar ma chor ayo bhane kaahan vetera kura garne kura hunxa haha.
mero ma chor nai aako thyo few months back ani report garda location haru sab liyo ani we will be there evening vanyo aayena voli parsi 2-3 days samma testai garyo and we left it yetikai:(
I believe the number 100 is responsive, I had saved it as emergency sos contact and one day I triggered the emergency sos by mistake so it dialed and there was response from other end. And emergency contact are and should be more reliable/responsive than we think.
On top of that, contact number of police station and officer on duty are public information that can also be available online. There are also information officer who are primarily responsible for providing such information.
I will be posting a follow up to this answer if I get a reply from Nepal Police for an email that I sent now requesting information on this same question.
Best way to get response is either calling them or meeting them in personal.
This might the the best way i guess.
