Try WPLocker. But, personally I dont recommend using these themes except from real sellers.

Most of the time, i use jojothemes for nulled one. I found this website to be available of premium products without virus injection. I always check the downloaded file before using any nulled files and from this site i couldn’t get any virus on it.
Here is few steps i do before using it.
1.checking on virustotal for any kind of virus injection
2.manuallu code review of the files and searching for any virus on it
3. Use it on localhost first and use WordPress defender to check again if there is any bugs or virus.
If it is successful, then use it for live one.
