Since few days, I have been trying to learn JS through some tutorials on Youtube , but I am not feeling like I am learning much stuff. Can someone recommend a good understanding free tutorials or course for JS.

One thing difficult in the beginning (when starting to learn) is not being able to set goals.
You say you want to learn this this – but it is often helpful to have goals in mind. What is your end goal? What are you trying to achieve and then track your way backward to where you are now and then connect the dots.
Most likely you want to get a feel for how programming in JS feels like.
So something like FreeCodeCamp course (on their website follow their course on JS Data Structure and Algorithms)
Or if your goal is to be a web developer – then follow tutorials on TheOdinProject or Mozilla Documentations.
If you really want a very in-depth and all the nooks and corners of JS covered, skim through all its details – JavaScript.info or Mozilla Docs is the way for you.
If you are just starting out and find it difficult to study through lengthy blogs and tutorials, find a video course and commit to it (maybe a 10 hour video and cover, follow along, make projects for a week/month)

and let me tell you one thing, you won’t learn everything, you can’t. And without building projects you won’t remember anything you have learnt. So try building projects along with tutorials.

Grab a YouTube channel and get started. For better understanding go with playlists rather than the whole long video and don’t jump upto another topic till you satisfy yourself
