So There has been a problem in my mobile (Samsung M20) with wifi connection. I can turn on wifi as usual but it cannot scan any available Networks even when the home wifi is up and running and is connecting to other devices as usual. I have tried resetting the phone and router both. But it still won’t work. Is here anyone else who’s faced similar problem too?

Try to reinstall firmware once.
It’s easy to install firmware on samsung devices as you don’t even need to unlock Bootloader to install official firmware
Maybe there is problem with hardware. You should consult with your technicians. I’m also a samsung user and I know Samsung can’t find network if it is away from Router.
have you tried hard resetting your device?
first, make sure to backup all your files
and consult with your technicians if you still unable to connect to the wifi
it is a very common issues with budget segment samsung phones , it is not possible to solve easily , i don’t know about your specific model but most of the device will work after you do some changes in hardware and it will cost about ~3k to fix it . Once show your device to samsung service center .
I own the same device but haven’t faced such problem, but as suggested by RoN
try re-installing the firmware once.
Hello brother I faced this problem on my Iphone 4S, I searched entire thing for a day and went some local repair shop but changing firmware, reseting, hard reset didnt do anything. I request you to take to a genuine shop where check the hardware as if it can be repaired or changed.
Point: Hardware Issue !!!!!!
