They are not unknown numbers , nowadays different social medias use Nepali gateway for sending messages as it is cheaper to use . Before they used to use international sms gateways which cost around 15rs/sms but getting Nepali sms gateway is way cheaper for them because they can get packages from telecom to send multiple sms at a fixed price .
