Is it ok to study from ASCOL just for degree and go to aboard? Instead of spending too much in foreign affliated, is it better to improve skill at home from diff courses and get degree from gov college? or will this hamper for further studies in aboard?

you already mentioned that all you need is a degree ….so you can just choose whichever college is providing BIT for the cheapest price and enroll in it….
as for your question of is ascol good for BIT;
yes ASCOL is actually great for BIT and i dont think you will get any issues in future if you want to enroll in foreign universities after successfully completing your course…
