Hello, Namaste I am a 17 year old guy working on a startup (along with my team) project that solves a huge problem. The idea is under implementation but there are many things of which our team has less knowledge of such as company registration procedure, establishment and legal procedures, financial and non financial recordings, and others etc. We hope someone can guide us on these matters, clear us out and give necessary advices. Interested seniors please drop a comment, I’d contact you on WhatsApp

How is a startup business officially established and run?

First of all good job.
Second of all, build a prototype and then project idea to investors or some seniors you trust then they will be more willing to guide you. I don’t think you will find good guide online.
Hello sir, appreciate your answer.
The prototype is almost ready, under implementation process. Generally, investors only invest in revenue generating businesses, thus it would be difficult for us to gather funds let alone mentors. Honestly, there are almost no seniors (family, relative) who would listen us as they want us to simply focus on study (which I completely understand). We basically need guidance (experience) about how to register business officially, answers of questions such as does the registered business mandatorily need a physical office, can u18s run a business, payment gateways and more from someone who has done it already.
Registering a new business is not really that hard, people say it is complicated but getting it registered is one day job.
The real difficulty is about maintaining the paper work after it has been registered.
