Firstly, I bet most aren’t even aware of it. We’re spending 10+ hrs continuously in devices. And point of diminishing return hit you hard. So, how do you build a system around your life, or use tools and softwares in laptop or buy any external hardware in order to minimize distractions while you’ve to learn from internet? This is really pain thing. And pomodoro to take breaks really doesn’t work. It’s just delaying the inevitable.

There is no step by step guide. Its an emotional problem. You can’t leave your phone because you probably don’t have something important to do and you are emotionally void. Or you have something important to do but you are just overwhelmed by the amount of work it takes to accomplish that goal.
Heres what you can do, set a small goal like 5 pushups per day or 1 or pages reading per day and slowly build up goals which will ease your emotional problem.

(Books or paid courses are the way, but it’s so fkn hard to get a good recommendations due to internet being filled with paid reviews and most people aren’t very willing to pay for making themselves stres free, manage time and be productive).
