If you are searching .edu.np mail for a Github student pack then it is not mandatory. you can get that with your school/college/university student identity card. just upload your identity card and submit it.
Step 1: Go to Github Student Developer Pack
Step 2: Click on “Yes, I’m a student” then select email, and school name and write some words on “How do you plan to use GitHub?”
You didn’t need to select .edu.np mail just select your normal GitHub email and proceed with it
Step3: Then You will get this type of form to submit your ID card
Step 4: Just upload your ID card on it and submit it
Nowadays I have noticed that it gets verified instant. In case if not get verified instant then just wait for 48 hours they will approve after verifying the document.

Open register.com.np website and login with your account make proper documentation about why do you need this domain and search for your domain name if it’s available this will give register option for you and you can fill all details and register your domain

ohh sorry about that answer i think this you need domain i haven’t read full question soo sorry about that ani edu.np mail ko lagi chai you can ask to your collage hai clz le nai dina sakxa edu wala mails chai.
Your school/college should provide it.
You should ask them to give if they don’t.
