In IT field certificate is technically irrelevant when getting jobs. The skills you grow from such resources is the most valuable one. Sure certificates and degrees teach us some of the important theoretical knowledge which is essential in long run, but it does not limit you from getting job. Instead of using certificates to display your skills you can use them to demonstrate your learning process.

At the end it’s your skills and portfolio that matter. An impressive portfolio with a great confidence in interview can greatly increase your chances of getting a job. Your passion and interest don’t need a degree or certification to be valued.
what really matters in IT field is your skills. Your skills , your recent project plays vital role and your conceptual knowledge plys vital role to get a better obs in nepal
whereas referal and certificates from those sites could be a plus points as answer to those sites are already available in github and many sites so those certificate could not verify that you did it all by your self

Certificates can be plus points in getting job but Without proper skills these certificate are useless. What actually matters is your skills.
No, it doesn’t but might be little helpful if you are applying for some organizations, co0mmunity or for volunteering something because it shows your dedications to learn that thing.
The certificate might not help you in getting a job, but the genuine certificates will definitely help you in your skill development and might motivate you to do more. And, that will gradually help you in getting a good job in Nepal.
Coming to the point, certificates can definitely be a plus point, but that solely won’t help you in getting a job, so work on projects that might be more helpful.

Certificates can be a plus point but with skill, certificates and projects at same time it can be a great combo.
If you need government job you need certificate from certified university or clz otherwise in some private sector where they need skilled person they will check your skills and if you capable for this job they give job you or not soo certificate not matters from everywhere if you have mastered on company required skills.
Certificate is plus point but you need to have a proper skillset for getting jobs. Professional certification exams like AWS solution architect, IBM data engineer, and many more, may be helpful for getting job.
Actually certificates and badges always help you to get motivated and learn for further to strengthen your skills over time ,and for the jobs it’s good to have but not a compulsory , Only your skills and experience matters. Certificates alone will not get you even a call back. However, freecodecamp and coding bootcamps will help you build a portfolio, which is ultimately what you need to make a good impression.
I have screened hundreds of CVs and not once have I preferred one with certificates over another candidate because they does not indicate if the individual is skilled or not.
Trust me I have dozens of certificates on data science and ML but right now I have forgotten everything as I haven’t worked on it for years.
Certificate do give you motivation but they don’t guarantee anything. It shows you are familiar about the topic but doesn’t mean you can get a job on basis of that.
Even bachelors degree is not giving jobs these days unless you have skill and real talent. So. you can add that certificate on your resume but don’t expect it to give you job. Having a real world project helps a lot.
