I don;t think there’s such feature yet.
But yes you can use hyperlink feature for similar purpose however person you mentioned will not be notified.
Example:
Satya Raj Awasthi
You are really a hacker man.. 🙂 yeah it happened but the link for ones profile we did will only be a link reference but it will not notify to the one whom we wish to mention.
Sadly no, How ever you can link to profiles if you want to give credit or something
