Are there too many react js developers in Nepal compared to available jobs? If so then what are the recommended technologies that I can work with to get good paying job as fast as possible?

i dont think so that there are too many react js devs out there, the demand is pretty much high for react developers out there. If you think the market is blotted with reacts devs out there go with vue js which is also trending but i think u will get more job opportunities on react than on any other frameworks out there.
